What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a detailed consultation, including pulling up photos to make sure I understand the wants of the client, and make sure that the look they want matches with their lifestyle, budget and long-term care and follow-up appointments
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed professional for 18 years, also licensed instructor and barber. Continuing education is my top priority. I take classes often to stay on top of trends and extend my skills.
