What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free 30 minute consultations in which we can determine a plan of action for your services, estimate time and price, and reserve a day & time that fits your schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a full cosmetology license that I obtained while in high school, a Redken Haircolor Authority Certificate, and have been doing hair for 5 years.

My prices are a la carte, which means I only charge for the specific services that I do whether it’s root color, blow drying, styling, manicure, conditioning treatment, etc. Message me or schedule a free consultation if you wish to have a close estimate of the cost for the service you are wishing to have done.
How did you get started in this business?
My aunt was a hairdresser and I enjoyed being in her salon as a young child and luckily enough in high school my school offered a cosmetology program that allowed me to graduate high school with a cosmetology license. I began working at my current salon a month after graduating.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Timing, pricing, and required services in order to obtain the exact look they are wanting. Therefore, consultations are your best friend when considering an service that will alter your look noticeably such as hair color or a hair cut or even waxing your eyebrows for the first time.
