How did you get started in this business?
Started in 1982 in Chicago working for the largest mobile DJ company in the Midwest called Arthur J and Friends. I worked at clubs and private events.

All types of clients, from 20 to 60 years old, at all types of venues.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My nieces wedding at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee! Awesome experience especially when it's family.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the DJ has tremendous experience in customer service and knowing how to read a crowd.
The greatest memory of a wedding is the reception and the DJ controls how great those memories will become.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Experience, listening skills, equipment, flexibility, cost, are there extra charges, wedding planning guide, ability to adapt to different audiences, music selection.
