What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a complimentary consultation and get to know the client and their hair. Once service is agreed upon, we schedule and proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an educator for 2 major color companies, have trained over 100 stylists and was a district manager over 27 salons. During that time, I learned new trends to go and teach in the salons. I currently keep up with trends through various companies and organizations I am involved with.
