I have been a professionally cooking for over 15 years, and it has been my hobby and passion of since high school. I love to cook, and bigger the crowd , the better. I would say my specialty is more made from scratch southern food, but my restaurant was Italian, so I’m pretty versed in a variety of cuisines. I take pride in my made from scratch food, and enjoy preparing each catering to my customers individual tastes. I am a small, locally owned and operated business, with a passion for serving others.
