What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An over the phone consultation is completed, customers will have to pay a 20.00 deposit at the time of booking. 24 hours prior to appointment time customer will receive a reminder email with time, location and service discussed.
Deposit will be applied to your appointment and is non refundable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years of braiding, natural hair care. I also attended Artistic Beauty College in 2001.

How did you get started in this business?
I come from a family of natural hair care guru's and was taught by my mother how to braid. I honed my skills over time and picked the techincal portion of hair up in beauty school.

I work with all types of clients that are interested in having healthy hair.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When you are looking to hire a professional in any aspect of your life you should confirm what your ideal out come is. Make sure it will be done in a timely manner, without causing damage and that they provide you with excellent customer care before, during and after services are provided.
