In 2013 I graduated from the art institute of Phoenix with an associate's degree in culinary arts I've been working in the culinary industry since 2008 my first job was washing dishes I put myself through culinary school I went to work with chefs Mark Tarbell and Christopher Cross I am currently employed at buckwald's grill on beatitudes campus which is a retirement community that has over 200 residents I assist with operating both restaurants and the healthcare facility on campus also I overlooked the catering department in the healthcare facility
