I was Born In Sacramento and Grew Up In A Large Family with Ten Sisters and Five Brothers. My Fondest Memories Revolve Around Our Times Around The Table. My Parent's Cooked For All Of Us and Their Passion For Food Caught My Attention. I Was Eight, At Fifteen I Was Washing Dishes At A Local Restaurant(Capitol Tamale Cafe). I Watch Chefs Turn Ingredients Into Incredible Dishes. After That Inspiration I Attended Greystone Culinary Institute of St. Helena. My Goal is To Offer Delicious and Authentic Food With An Artistic Flair That Surpasses Expectations On Every Occasion. My Reward Is Giving Back To The Community.
