Well the fist step in the process is to have a face to face or a call to get a Good feel of what there looking to achieve by getting a reading and what their goals may be and then I Will let them know what Reading fits best for them

I'm natural born with my gift my schooling f is basically watching grandmother from a very Young age with her gift as a psychic medium helping people with any and all problem's they came to see her for I have always loved and admired The reaction she got when she told them something know else knew so for schooling from the age of 5 till now that is where I learned my skills

I have owned and operated my own private for 15 years and before that I worked for my grandma in her shop

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The best advice I can give is if you make a strong connection with the reader you'll do well being open and honest is your best bet
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you have particular things you want to focus on have it written down cuz most people get very nervous and their first reading but I always offer a 24-hour window for all new clients to call just in case I forget a question
