I also have a food truck called Hangry Belly and we offer a wide range of cuisines with our primary cuisine being American comfort food but with my intense culinary background I can offer what you are looking for! I offer private chef experiences, large catering events, food truck bookings, as well as private cooking lessons and knife skills lessons.

We offer Santa Maria BBQ services for large groups. If you are doing a party for 100 or more people we might just be the right caterer for you. My wife and I are from the Santa Maria Valley and have grown up doing this style of cooking. We are passionate about the central Coast. Our food is prepared over oak and fruit woods with basic seasonings that allow the meats and vegetables take the center stage. Our menus can include Tri-Tip, Ribs, Chicken, Seafood, and even Vegan/Vegitarian options.
