We offer Santa Maria BBQ services for large groups. If you are doing a party for 100 or more people we might just be the right caterer for you.
My wife and I are from the Santa Maria Valley and have grown up doing this style of cooking. We are passionate about the central Coast. Our food is prepared over oak and fruit woods with basic seasonings that allow the meats and vegetables take the center stage.
Our menus can include Tri-Tip, Ribs, Chicken, Seafood, and even Vegan/Vegitarian options. We offer many options for sides including Cowboy Beans, Grilled Vegetables, Garlic Bread, Macaroni Salad, Green Salads, and many other items.
