Personally I offer private chef dinner or cooking lessons. I am a culinary professor for both Cerritos College and LATTC. I also have a food truck called Hangry Belly and we offer a wide range of cuisines with our primary cuisine being American comfort food but with my intense culinary background I can offer what you are looking for! I offer private chef experiences, large catering events, food truck bookings, as well as private cooking lessons and knife skills lessons.
