I went to Topez for a haircut and braiding service, and I was beyond happy. She did an absolutely amazing job. I told her what I wanted, and she did it even better than I had imagined. She was very transparent with her deposit requirements and called to confirm my appointment two days prior. She is very punctual, polite, and reliable.
