We think our food is pretty amazing. We make it with local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible. And by hand, with love, everyday.

While we organically became known in and around Palm Springs for our dressed up Comfort Foods with a California Twist, and we thrive on new and different culinary adventures. We are never happier than when we are custom cooking for a client with a unique vision or prepping at TRIO or at one of our area’s amazing venues. The dynamic nature of catering is what we thrive on, and no matter your dream menu or unique venue selection, our aim is always to create food that is deliciously unpretentious and enjoyed by all.
