I have been in the food industry since my young age, since both of my parents were chefs in France where i am from.
I went to Culinary school in Lyon before moving to California in 2006.
I was lucky to have met and work with amazing and passionate chefs in the Bay Area when i did learn so much!
When i moved from San Francisco to San Diego i decided that it was time to fly on my own and open my catering and private chef business, i thought it was going to be “an extra” job, but it Actually went off and i got many booking right the way!
I love private cheffing because it is never ever boring, not a day is the same, i get to create and custom new menus everyday, get new ideas, use different kitchens, different venues, make different decors, meet new people all the time with different cultures and different taste!
This fits my personality perfectly! I love people, i love to please, i love to drive and travel and of course i love cooking!
I couldn’t be more happy about my team, everyone is so hard working, appreciative and kind.
I feel very blessed as a French woman in California to be able to do what i love.
