What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to receive a Timeline/Itinerary and also a Short Song List of the Clients favorite Songs that they would like played at their Event.
It is alway nice to meet with the Client in person to go over the schedule of Events for the Day.
We ask that they do sign a Contract and we can send them Referrals or any information needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a College Degree in Broadcasting and Communication and have been in the Entertainment business now for 30 years.
