Who’s Pointdexter you ask? Pointdexter is an awesome, catchy, collaboration of musical sounds and melodies that cradle your eardrums vibrate soul, violate your senses and leaving you with an astonishing lust for more. The band is led by front man Kevin Kinsella, he formed the band while attending college obtaining his mechanical Engineering Degree. Kevin was taught music at the age of 10, he learned how to play the piano, saxophone, and sing. Pointdexter has always been greater the sum of its parts. Jarom Horner, Kevin’s right hand man, is just as talented and passionate. Jarom and Kevin had partnership has led to them writing some amazing songs and lead the charge of each member’s music abilities. Their goal is to try and create a concept of musical revolution, to producing an intelligent Pop-Indie-Rock-Funk-Fusion. Their goal is to produce songs that can engage a mass audience and at the same time produce songs with originality and artist integrity. Influenced by legends of past and present including; Glass Animals, Chet Faker, Portugal the Man, Foo Fighters, Led Zeppelin, Muse, Incubus, Queen, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Rolling Stones, Chet Faker, Marvin Gaye, Imagine Dragons, Beatles, x Ambassadors; as well as other genres like Classical, Blues, and Jazz all contribute to PointDexter's incredible musicianship and live performance. Under Kevin’s passion and leadership Pointdexter has released 1 EP, 2 full Length albums, and three music Videos. Pointdexter is internationally streamed and licensed through sound reef and has been featured on National Television. Pointdexter just has finished a new 5 song EP titled “Forces of Nature”. Pointdexter can be found on Spotify, Apple music, Google Play, Amazon Music, and Pandora. Pointdexter has toured on the west coast and has played major events put on by Radio 94.7 including Concerts in the Park Sacramento, City of Trees, and 94.7 music Discovery series.
