We reach out to them, set up a phone call to see what type of services and menu they are looking for.

Simplified at 1 meat and 2 sides @ $12-$14 per person
2 types of meat and 2 sides @ $14-$16 per person
Sides vary from $50 for a half pan which feeds from 8-15 people
Full pans from $85 to feed 30-45 people
How did you get started in this business?
I created a program where we take dinner to families who've lost someone due to an act of violence or accident. We take dinner to them for free to feed up to 10 people. We were encouraged to start our own business, so we did.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From vegetarians to soul food. Some have been rude but most have been great. We do get those who have no idea what they want and then there's those who know exactly what they want.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We did a wedding at an event center that was so well put together.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Question them about everything and don't just settle for anything, get what you want to pay for.
