What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we do a consultation via email/phone to ask questions about the colors used in the wedding, what style of wedding and discuss the look the client would like to achieve. We ask for pictures they may have from Pinterest for inspiration and to make sure we’re all on the same page. Then we follow up with a consultation in person in which we do a test run of how they want to wear their hair and makeup for their big day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on our team are both licensed cosmetologists and certified makeup artists.
