Bend An Elbow

My name is Chef Sean Guacheno. Working with me as a line cook is quite fun time well still getting my work done and putting out delicious food in a timely manner. As working with me as a chef as a leader I still like to have a good time but I am little more stricter in suring that everyone and everything is on point. I want my staff to have fun and be loose I also want them to be on point and serious as I am when it comes to guest culinary experience.
