About
I started out as a teen in school who loved to create fashion. I improved upon my skill as a mom of two young girls who needed clothing and I wanted to provide them with something that no one else had, so began my journey to become a seamstress and I have been sewing ever since. I started Simply Sewn by Tina as a hobby more than 30 years ago for my daughters. I then took my services to the public by advertising at Joann's Fabric Stores back in 1991 which led to increasing my visibility in garment creation and sewing. I offered my sewing services to others who needed custom-made garments. When the pandemic hit, I decided to take sewing and alterations mobile to deliver comfort and convenience right at my client's homes. What do I offer? I offer textile consultation for my client's projects. Whether it is a bridal alteration, a custom-made garment, or even housewares items, I am here to offer my years of sewing knowledge and service to my clients by helping them decide how best to make their vision or dream a reality.
