What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the first email, to a phone conversation educating the client why they hire a professional DJ company rather than a friend that does it as a hobby. Then we'll email our client a copy of our coordination packet a long with a service agreement. Once they confirm their booking, we'll have many conversations regarding their event. Then not too long before their event, we'll have a consultation going over everything from beginning to the end of their event. We'll talk about different music options, the DJ dress code, arrival times, etc.
