I started playing music when I was ten years old, and at eighteen I turned professional, playing from the East coast to Asia with many shows in between. I was the frontman, lead singer, bass player, the sound engineer while also operating the lights. After my long career as a musician, I morphed into a DJ, opened Sacramento DJ Service to specialize in wedding entertainment. I have the ability to entertain large groups of people successfully from performing many years on stage. My experience with the microphone is extensive, as a singer and announcer, getting the crowd going was, and is my forte.

$699. - Basic package: includes a custom song list, two wireless microphones, full dance floor lighting setup with lasers.
$799. - The basic package plus a second system for the ceremony with three lapel microphones.
$899. - Includes the above plus white facade & skirts for DJ equipment, sub-woofer, and Karaoke.
$1199. - Includes the above plus monogram, uplights, projector, and two subwoofers.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I just did another Spanish/American wedding. For the bouquet toss, the bride got up on a chair, also the groom, he held her vail out about three feet so all the unmarried girls could do a train-dance all around the room and under the vail, then, for the garter toss all the unmarried guys did a train-dance around the room and ended up at the groom, where all of them tossed him up to the ceiling, the whole thing was simply amazing!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get what you need first, then add what you can afford.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Always try to get the most experienced DJ. First, figure out how much you can afford then find a DJ. With my service, I always try to make sure the client is happy with the price, I will negotiate. Be careful of "car salesmen DJs", they can sell you the Brooklyn Bridge!
