Hi! I'm Beth. I have been in the culinary world for almost 30 years. I was still in high school when I discovered my passion. I have worked in every aspect of food service and know it well.
I attended Johnson & Wales University in Denver for my culinary education. I started my foray into personal cheffing in 2010. People often ask what my favorite dish is or what my signature dish is. The truth is, I don't have one because I get bored very easily. I love the challenge of working with people and creating dishes they will love for them.
I have worked with many clients over the years and have catered to their specific lifestyle choices easily. Whether you eat vegan or carnivore I can design a menu for you.
