Hi, I’m Heidi Miller, owner of Justa Grazin’ — a mobile charcuterie cart experience based in Lone Tree, CO. With over 30 years of entrepreneurial and event industry experience, I bring both creativity and professionalism to every event I serve. I’ve managed everything from large-scale corporate functions to intimate private parties, and now I get to combine my love of design, food, and service into something deliciously unique.
What makes Justa Grazin’ stand out is the personal touch — I’m hands-on in every event, from setup to service. Whether you're hosting a wedding, baby shower, birthday, or office party, I make sure the experience is stress-free, stylish, and unforgettable. Each grazing board is thoughtfully crafted with premium meats, cheeses, fruits, and gourmet extras. We also offer custom branding, personalized touches, and wine service for a one-of-a-kind guest experience.
