I have been in the restaurant and food service business since 2022 when I opened a Midwest-Southern Fusion Restaurant in Alabama. Before 2022, as well as afterwords, I have trained extensively in the culinary industry. I have worked shoulder to shoulder with award winning chefs at 4 and 5 star resorts, helping to cater everything from a simple wedding, to multi million dollar weddings for well known names in different industries. I have a fair amount of knowledge in Michelin Star level plate presentation, as well as half a dozen notebooks of recipes ranging from family favorites that I have tweaked to make my own, to full custom meals I designed and perfrcted from the coals up.

I pride myself in my cooking, and believe that preparing food for another person should be considered a great honor and opportunity to share a deep passion and love for an art, keeping things fresh, colorful and unique in a world that is slowly turning black and white due to overwhelming monotony and the constant pressure to blend in, instead of stand out.
