What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to first get as much information about what they want in and for their wedding day. Asking questions to make sure I understand their request and then follow up questions to see if they have any questions for me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over twenty years in the wedding industry. I am registered with the state of Colorado and attended Ashworth College and enrolled in the certification program to be a Wedding Planner.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Package #1 – $5,500.00
Leave everything to me so you can focus on the things that matter most to you. This package consists of all services from start to finish – from your gown, to the venue, and all other details of your wedding.
Package #2 – $2,700.00
Do you prefer to take charge of the planning yourself? That’s okay. If you have almost everything done, but need further assistance with the planning, this package is for you.
Package #3 – $1,500.00
Already have a venue, food caterer, or flower arranger in mind, but you need someone to act as the coordinator? Leave the task to me. I will contact your vendors and make sure that everything runs according to your plan.
Package #4 – $100.00 - $500.00 per Hour
If you have everything done but you want a professional opinion about the choices you made, this package is for you. I offer consultation services to help make sure that your wedding day is perfect.
Customized Package
Do you want to create your own package because you either need more or less than the packages above? We will make it happen. Schedule a consultation with me so that I can create a complementary proposal that is tailored to your needs and budget.

I started with friends and family and the desire to be my own boss.

The advice I would give to a customer about hiring a professional wedding planner/ coordinator is to ask them and to make sure that they will help them throughout their wedding day.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Questions that customers should think through before talking to a professional wedding coordinator about their needs are to have a budget in mind, ask the coordinator what is their fee and how if he/she can't attend the wedding for any unforeseen circumstances what is the procedure for that.
