Chef Shelly prepared an incredible three course dinner party for 10 of us. Not only was the food incredible and the presentation was perfection, her service and professionalism was second to none! And perhaps as important if not MORE important Chef Shelly is so much fun to have around and from start to finish she was easy to work with and could offer up multiple suggestions for a menu that ‘flowed’; for example, our group enjoyed to begin with, jumbo lump crab cakes with lemon aïoli, followed by braised short ribs, and for dessert her crème brule… it was honestly the best meal I’ve ever had.
Look forward to hiring her for next culinary adventure!
