About

The Shore Jazz Trio, based in Lewes, Delaware, specializes in performing classic “Jazz Standards” written by such legendary composers as Cole Porter, the Gershwin’s, AC Jobim, Duke Ellington, Horace Silver, Dizzy Gillespie – and many others. The group currently works as an instrumental trio with Pianist Joe Holt, John Ewart on saxophone/clarinet and Mike McShane on drums/percussion.

We have many years of experience providing musical entertainment for all occasions and can include a vocalist and additional musicians as needed for larger ensembles or venues. We cover Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia and will travel to Annapolis, Baltimore/Washington area and Philadelphia.

I have been a fan of Shore Jazz for many years, and I make sure to attend their shows whenever I am in town. They are very talented musicians, performing a variety of jazz styles. A good time is always had by all at a Shore Jazz performance! I look forward to seeing them again soon.
