What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Complimentary consultations are offered to all clients. When a new client is introduced to our Salon we gather information to recommend the client to one of our Beauty Specialist(s). The Beauty Advisor will then consult with the client and the service may be done same day if there is availability or the client may schedule their service at their convenience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Salon hosts many classes for education! We are always looking for the latest trends for Hair, Skin, Nails and Products! We have many exclusive products and services to offer.
