I have had over 12 years in the restaurant business and has never been more dedicated and passionate about producing high-quality, creative and innovative dishes for my customers. Together with my clients and food personalities, I try to identify the emerging tastes, trends, and flavors that will shape your food experience. I have worked from the West Coast to the East Coast in restaurants such as Cafe Central (El Paso) to Mediterraneo (Federal Hill Rhode Island). I studied at The Art Institute of Las Vegas to receive a certificate in Culinary Arts. I also have taken the ServeSafe food handler program which covers five key areas, which are the following: * Basic Food Safety * Personal Hygiene * Cross-contamination and Allergens * Time and Temperature * Cleaning and Sanitation I have recently expanded my business and can now cater for parties of up to 100 people. My team and I can provide everything for your event such as tables, chairs, plates, glassware, bartenders and waiters. Please do not hesitate to message me with any questions you may have. Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will chat by phone or email about your event and likes and dislikes of your guests. Then we will customize a sample menu for you. After you are happy with the finalized menu we will send you pricing.
We will arrive at your house on the day of your dinner party 3 hours before to prep and cook everything fresh.
We will serve dinner at the time you tell us. We can also provide a waiter/waitress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Private Chef for 9 years now and have cooked for many high profile clients as well as celebrities.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is a $600 minimum for any dinner service whetther it is for 2 people or 5 people.
How did you get started in this business?
I was in the restaurant industry for 15 yrs then became a Private Chef. I love my clients and give 125% to everyone.
