This is my business, and as owner I personally attend every client, I choose the flowers that I purchase, I supervise any single arrangement and I go to every event setting up. That ́s how I like to do things.

People who know me, knows that flowers are my passion. I always dreamed of having a flower shop and I fulfilled this dream. I worked in Advertising for over 14 years and then I decided to follow my dream, so I started studying Floral Design in Spain, and then worked with flowers in Brazil for 5 years before opening my own flower business in Miami.
Working surrounded by flowers is the best thing ever! their beauty and softness, their smell... I cannot think a better way to spend the day. And there is also the creative part of the job, that I love. Fulfil my clients needs and helping them to have the prettiest event is why I ́m here.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer calls and tells us about the event: venue, date, number of guests... We ask him about the floral decoration they want and set a meeting to know each other and have a further discussion, show pictures and references...etc
This is a starting point to work on a proposal and develope a deeper relationship with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years of experience in floral decoration for events.
Several courses with different teachers in different countries - this means I have a wide background and mixed influences from Europe, Latin America and North America, that give me the cappability of work with any floral style and technique.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All my decorations are taylor made, that´s why I do not have something like a price menu for events. My pricing system follows the industry way of pricing.

What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?
Let the florist give advise and create something special for you. Trust your florist and you´ll receive the best service.
Do not mark his path so much and you´ll have the best outcome.
