What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a consultation to see exactly what my client is looking for. If it’s something that I feel like I can’t do I let the client know. I’m not just in it for the money, customer satisfaction means more.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Cosmetologist and has extended my education due to continuing education in Cuts, Color, and more.

How did you get started in this business?
As a child, 8 years old to be exact I started out doing my own ponytails. As time increased I started doing my friends and cousins hair, I knew I had a passion for it because it made me smile to see the faces of people once their hair was finished. Doing Hair doesn’t feel like a job to me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of Clients, I consider myself multicultural.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The hair show that I was chosen to be in, in the fall of 2014. I will also be a featured stylist in hair show this fall.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to ask questions to make sure the stylist can give them what they are looking for.

Get an understanding of how much they charge.
