With almost 10 years as a chef I have learned and further developed my skills. I started out working for a family owned business and moved to a fine dining restaurant, food safety certified, and attended Culinary school to gain more knowledge. I enjoy working in the restaurant but there is nothing I enjoy more than cooking a meal for a small group of people. The ability to play with flavors to bring a mouth watering dish that captivates you before it even reaches the table. I always put one hundred percent effort into dishes that I create, because I have always believed that a great dish can change the outcome of your day.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The menu was versatile and was easily adapted to my needs. The food was spot on. They arrived early and had everything set up beautifully and on time.
