I am a Licensed LLC Nail Artist and a full skin specialist. I am Home Based, by Appointment ONLY but also offer mobile services, with a fee. I specialize in European dry gel manicure and pedicure. I also use quality professional grade products in all the services I provide.
I love the ability to connect and communicate with the client. Understanding their needs and wants helps me do my job better.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients/customers on our first appointment. I start out by introducing myself. I then proceed to get to know the client, knowing their lifestyle and understanding the needs and wants of each client I can help select the service. As I start the service I explain each and every process I do and how I do it to achieve the perfect manicure. I ask if clients have any questions, comments, or concerns and if there is something they love while getting their manicure done to please let me know so I can accommodate their needs. As we are finishing the service, I ask how they feel, do they like the color and feedback. As Constructive criticism helped build my buisness. At the end of the service, I ask if they would like to book the next appointment now or be on a reacurring appointment in which allows them to have an appointment every month and not worry. I thank the client for coming and supporting our families small buisness and give them my buisness card and walk them out.
