Robin's Nest Cooking Classes
About
I'm originally from new orleans; it's where I went to culinary school and did my 3 year internship at some of the best restaurants in New Orleans. I've been catering and teaching cooking classes for about 14 years now. I was a private chef for 6 years for the Solomon family; even though I love cooking Cajun cuisine, I am so much more than that. My cooking classes are always different; everything from lobster Thermador to braised Asian short ribs to lamb kleftika. I can do anything!
