Allow me to introduce myself, I’m Chef CoCo Cole owner of Cole’s Catering. I’ve been in the hospitality business for about 26, 27 years. Cooking has always been a passion for me, but I didn’t realize how much a passion it would become. I wished I had found this gift when I was a little younger. I’m 48 years old and I have worked under chefs younger than me,but it’s ok I’ve learned a lot and it made me more passionate about what I do. I might have started my career late, but I found what was best for me, and that was food. I prepare my food with such love and passion, and when you can do that you love what you do. And I absolutely love what I do with everything in me. I could have done a lot of things even modeled but I found my calling. My grandmother use to tell me, some people don’t find their calling or what they believe is their purpose in life until there in their 30’s….. and she was absolutely right I found my purpose….. and I’m so glad I found it!!!! So with that being said working with me is a joy I will definitely keep you laughing.

I’ve been told I’m pretty funny 😁. I just ask that you give me a shot to make you happy!!!! And fill your tables with so much joy and amazing food. I have attended Monroe College and studied Culinary Arts as a major Sociology as a minor.
