The process for new customers:
1.Consultation through meet and greet or over the phone
2.Find out the type of menu customers want
3.Find out location, date, and time for event
4.Provide customer with an estimate
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Pastry Diploma as well as 6 years of Culinary experience.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I was a 92G(cook) in the military for 3 years. I have catered church events, weddings, baby showers, and community outreach events. Also, I have done meal prepping and personal chef services.
