What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm a people person, humble, trustworthy, & others have a good vide my personality. I just try my best to work with customers. My customer service is wonderful.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Troy & Pike Vocational School in Troy, AL & finished up my hours at ProWay Hair School in Stone Mountain, GA. I'm certified in AL & GA, I will be returning to AL on Oct 4, 2023, I’m looking forward to meeting you all soon.

You can book your appointment with me on ReadyHubb app . You can also text me for your appointment at (470) 518-2184. I do have a nonrefundable deposit which is $35 that does not go toward your service. And a $100 nonrefundable travel fee.
How did you get started in this business?
I grew up in the salon business. And fell in love with the customer. I was able to be the shoulder they could cry on. As well as making them feel very happy when they walk out.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always give your stylist a good understanding of the service you are trying to achieve. Show them pictures in other to get close to the style you trying to accomplish.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Give them an update on what's going on with your hair. Be honest with your stylist about quality services.
