Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very easy process. You tell us your vision and how you'd like your event to feel to your guests. Then you give us your budget because we can't tell you what YOU can spend. Last step is simple, we tell you exactly what we can do with your vision/dream within your budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 26 years of combined experience in this field. We've tweaked and honed it down to a science.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We used to have a standard pricing system, but we realized everyones vision/dream may not necessarily meet standard pricing. We can't tell you what you can spend, but we can say what you get within your set budget.
How did you get started in this business?
People like to be celebrated in whatever forum that is set to honor. A cake, plates, punch and balloons is nice, but a little pizzaz is even better. We noticed that most events were very cookie cutter and basic, and most cases for the SAME money they pay for basic, we can take that same money and make an event really "pop". We build memories and experiences, thats our mission and we are good at what we do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
No matter your nationality or sexuality or religion and where your located, we work with everybody globally.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We were hired to do a private corporate event in Amsterdam, NL recently and they wanted a scavenger hunt to find the venue space as a way to team build. We decorated the space in a way that each team had to bring in a component that was incorporated into the event. The point was as each team brought in the items needed to finalize the event and get it started it showed that as teams they can accomplish a goal, and when they all come together it makes the company together as a whole. GREAT experience for us to create and execute!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
IF you aren't comfortable with any professional that you are paying to work for you, move on and find someone else. Have a clear idea of what you want and your budget because otherwise it can cost you in the end both monetarily and vision.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask your professional how do they communicate and if that doesn't work for you, let them know your preferred method of communication.
Ask for references from past clients.
