What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation is the first step. We talk about the customers hair, what they need and I listen and take notes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed stylists and instructor of cosmetology. I also attend classes such as advance color,cutting, tricology (study of the hair), and other classes to keep my skill set fresh.

How did you get started in this business?
My friend wanted to go to cosmetology school and didn't want to go alone. Lets just say I got my license and she didn't. Is been 18 yrs now
