I am a nail artist that specializes in the health and wellness of nails. From the most intricate of acrylic enhancements to waterless manicures and also pedicures. I make it my goal to make sure that your nails look like they just came off a high end magazine. This is truly my passion! I am a certified nail artist that graduated at the top of my class. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I make sure that we both have an understanding of their wants and needs. After we complete that I go walk them through how to set up an appointment (ie. dates,times, and the deposit that is required). Once booked I confirm everything and then we both anticipate the day of getting serviced.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified nail artist/tech
How did you get started in this business?
I started doing nails because I would go to nail salons all the time and didn't like the treatment that my daughter and I would receive. My daughter came home one day (like many other days) from getting her nails done and I was reshaping them and said,"You know what... I'm going to go to school".
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers. From your local working mom to your local celebrities. I have also worked for a t.v. show.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please make sure that you are working for a certified nail artist that is into the health and wellness of nails and also sanitation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You should definitely think of what you really want. What's important to you... Make sure that you have everything that you want planned out and that you're ready and able to communicate that to the person that you're hiring.
