I have always loved cooking. I've catered small events and a few Christmas events, but what I like the most is cooking for clients on a more personal basis such as coming into the home to cook home cooked meals.
I have serviced clients with very busy schedules and did not have time to cook for the family, I've cooked for clients that had dietary goals and I've cooked for clients that wanted me to prepare meals for their aging parents. I have my certification in Servesafe so I am always careful about following health safety rules.
I love to cook for children, I allow them sometimes to come into the kitchen and participate in what I am cooking. Parents love that.
