Chef Melanea Alvarez is a self-taught Atlanta based personal chef that believes every dining experience should be designed to not only meet the client and guest dietary needs but also create a culinary experience that is visually pleasing and soulful. Her passion for cooking has been influenced by love of family, cultural diversity and travel experiences.
In 2023, Chef Melanea was a semi-finalist in Favorite Chef, a national competition which consisted of 9,000+ professionally trained and self-taught chefs. The competition, hosted by FoodTV, Top Chef Carla Hall and benefited The James Beard Foundation.

Working with Ravish on my birthday celebration was a phenomenal experience. Ravish provided several options for me to choose from for food and service, that were creative and thoughtful. The day of the event Ravish showed up on time and the food and wine pairings were exceptional.
