We provide bar none the best customer service. Chef Ashley hand-picked her team because of their heart of servitude. Our one desire is to make sure you feel like you are at a five star Michelin restaurant right from the comforts of your home. We endeavor to provide what you have need before you can even think of it, a staff member is already headed your way to serve you.
Our head Chef has been catering for over 30 years. Chef Ashley, is an Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, graduate. She cooks from the very core of her soul.
The amazing thing about Chef Ashley is, due to an injury she suffered during a routine dental visit a nerve was hit, and in an instant, her senses of smell and taste were gone. She stopped catering. She thought her world was snatched from her. She enrolled in Escoffier, September 2018. She immediately told her Chef instructors about her handicap of the loss of her senses of smell and taste. They told her about the one Chef Adam Cole who couldn't taste. She was still discouraged, but her family reminded her that she has always cooked from her soul. It was then that her love for creating memorable dishes fell right back in place.
She has a long list of clientele ranging from non-profit organizations, entertainers, law firms, sports banquets, and the likes.
Our services stand out beyond others because we don't just provide a meal, we create an entire ambiance. We have multiple themes that can be chosen from. We come in and totally transform your space into the decor of your choice. Providing the perfect meal that will complement the enchanting atmosphere. You will find special touches all around the room that will make the experience one that you and your guest will forever remember. Chef Ashley makes sure upon our leaving that you are left with a special gift personally designed with you in mind.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step One: Our initial step is to have an in-person or Zoom client assessment with Chef Ashley, to ensure that we are a great fit for each other.
Step Two: This would be an in-person or Zoom event consultation to get a clear and concise vision of the client's expectation of how they envision their experience. (With all necessary team members. e.g. Chefs, event designers, florists...)
Step Three: The client would receive an event outline of what was discussed and a request for a non-refundable deposit and signed contract.
Step Four: Two weeks prior to the event client would receive a call to touch base and discuss any last-minute details. As well as the remaining balance is to be paid in full.
Step Five: The client will receive a call the day before the event. To discuss if there are any concerns with either party.
Step Six: Day of the event, we arrive... and the magic begins!!!
