What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a multi page questionnaire that we ask our clients to fill out. We like to cover every detail and our playlist is always ready at least 2 week before the event for review. It's your day and all about you!! At weddings, we will work with you to keep it flowing. We've worked so many, we know what to expect and will help coach you, if you like. We leave nothing for chance!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Was music major in college and worked in radio and other production services. We subscribe to several services to keep us up with the latest trends.

We customize to fit your needs. Quotes are free! However, we want to make sure you have all the lighting and other gear needed to make your event a sucess!! Tipical events range from $325-$1,500.
How did you get started in this business?
Over 30 years of experience. I started in radio in the Augusta, Ga market. I've worked events on a national level with thousands of people in attendance. I do this because I enjoy working with people and love music!! We've provided Sound, Music and Video at corporate, international, major political (link hidden) & Wedding Video services for over 10 years. Name your Event, Place & Time... we'll be there!!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've done many types of weddings and have a large variety of wedding songs. Our average DJ client is Medium to Upscale venue. We've provide DJ/Sound Services at Reunions, for the Governor, Presidential Candidates and at Presidential Forums. We do Corporate and private events. LightStream has worked venues in major cities around the country.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We've had a few recent theme weddings, we have you covered with our lighting and effects. We offer up-lights, lasers, GoBo monogram projection and fog machines. It's about the experience.. Setting the mood is important. We recommend you check our blogs to see the latest trends.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Know what you need!! If you don't know ask questions? We do a lot of weddings and other events and we can share what others are doing!!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
First, we recommend you have an outline of your day. Then make sure your pro can provide needed services. Not all DJ provide the same quality of service.
