What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually require appt. I do offer emergency appt also. I always have a consult prior to starting stevice. Apt typically last 2- 3 hrs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the beauty industry 30 + years, I specialize in color/ hair extensions, events, etc.
