I've loved cooking as long as I can remember. Being a Chef has always been something I've wanted to pursue. I cooked in the Air Force for 8yrs. But I have been cooking altogether for 20 plus years. I have a great personality. I prefer small venues and events because it makes it easier to talk with clients about the art. I love everything about being a chef.
