What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact of interest, we require a consultation which is free to potential customers. In doing so we help them come up with a customized menu sure to fit any budget and satisfy their guests. We value customer service and put our best foot forward in guaranteeing our service requests are met.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Founder have 20+ yrs cooking experience (neighbors, family, friends and past employments jobs) and 5+ yrs catering experience. Have completed manager food service training, hold a servesafe certification and ACCREDITED by the Better Business Bureau w/a A+ Rating
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Price can be quoted via email or phone consultation. We provide an invoice which has the prices for all products and services requested. Our website also have some prices to give cutomers an idea of what we charge. Prices varies based on service, distance, number of guests, and food items requested.
How did you get started in this business?
Being born in New Orleans and growing up in Mississippi Founder was always fascinated with foods, flavors, and authenticity of homemade meals. Her passions for cooking and helping others gave her the niche she needed. She started cooking at 9 yrs old and been doing so ever since in which a catering business & a #Cooking4Causes Initiative was birthed.
