My name is Chef Akeila. I have a degree in both culinary arts from the Culinary Institute of America and a baking and pastry arts degree from Johnson and Wales University. I am a well rounded chef who has been in the industry for 10years, from restaurants to hotels to country clubs, I have had about every job in the culinary world.
Some of my specialties include southern, Italian, and carribean cuisine. However, there are no limits to what i can do. For Baking and pastry, I make everything from fresh bread to cakes to bon bons, and even plated desserts, you name it! I also operate my own mobile bakery called key2thesweets.
For those who are Gluten free, vegetarian, or vegan, I've got you covered! There's no reason you can't enjoy the best food even if you have certain dietary restrictions.
Working with me will give you a fun , unique & dual experience, the best of both worlds! I strive to make sure my clients get the best quality ingredients and meals. I cook with a true passion & love in this line of work. I can't wait to share with you!
